Created in february 2021, Absalon Radio was meant to make up for the psychical events that could not be hosted in the community center Absalon Folkehus due to the covid-19-lockdown. Thus, the programming moved over to a radio format, where talks, workshops, lessons and parties were hosted live from the community center and broadcasted via the Absalon Radio app.
My role was to create a coherent visual language to use across SoMe platforms, that corresponded to the values of Absalon; bringing together people and meeting eye-to-eye in a kind of "safe space", where we can create together without normal norms, judgements or stereotypes.
The programs were also kept as podcasts in the app and on streaming platforms, so unique icons were created for each program.
As an example (seen above) is a serie of "weekly themes" that were broadcasted each week for a month.

A combination of illustrations and pictures of the guests were the base of the posts, and for the stories a library of backgrounds, stickers and GIFs were made to maintain a coherent language also when the stories were made fast and in the moment.
